At Animeniacs, we strive to ensure you have an amazing experience with our products. If anything goes wrong, we’re here to make it right with a friendly and straightforward return and refund process.

Refunds:

  • Wrong Order: If you received the wrong order, please contact us at Biz@Animeniacs.Shop with a picture of the acrylic wall art you received. After reviewing, we will reship your order as soon as possible.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at Biz@Animeniacs.Shop with a picture and explanation of why you would like a refund. We will guide you through the return process.

Production Time (Lead Time):

  1. Preparing Your Order: When you place an order with wall art only, it typically takes about 2-4 days to print it.
  2. Quality Check & Shipping: Once your unique wall art or LightBox is ready, we give it a final check to ensure top quality. Then, as soon as the label is printed, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order as it makes its way to you!

Note: If lightboxes are out of stock, shipping time will vary until we have stock again, and it will be shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates:

  • United States: $15 – $20 USD
  • International: $25 – $70 USD

Shipping Time:

  • United States: FEDEX Ground, 3-6 business days.
  • Worldwide: FEDEX Express, 7-10 business days.

Note: Public holidays, destination countries, and couriers can affect shipping times.

Wrong Address Policy:

Oops! I entered the wrong shipping address for my wall art… Now what?

We are sorry that this happened, and we understand that mistakes happen. We want to do whatever we can to get your wall art to you ASAP!

However, as a small business, every time we have to reship or reprint, we end up losing money on the sale. Not just losing profit, but losing money. We would like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following policy:

If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the cost of reshipping your order.

If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our cost of shipping and a 20% penalty, because we cannot restock it.

This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, it’s the easiest way to tackle the issue. Just double-check your address when ordering, and if there’s an issue, let us know ASAP. We’re here to help fix it!
